The Library Search isn't working on Firefox

There is an occasional sign-in issue when using the Library Search on Firefox. To resolve this sign-in error: 

1. Go to Firefox's settings
2. Go to Privacy & Security
3. Scroll down until you see the Manage Exceptions under the Cookies and Site Data
4. Click Manage Exceptions and add https://norquest.primo.exlibrisgroup.com to allow use of cookies and site data
5. Clear Data & Clear History on Firefox
6. Check again if you are now able to access the site.
